New Board Members

We're looking for new members to join the Board of Directors!

Theatr Bara Caws takes live Welsh language theatre to the heart of Welsh communities. We are looking to appoint new members to the Board of Directors and wish to identify people who will help us reach increasingly diverse audiences and further reflect the wide variety of communities in Wales.

Promoting equality and diversity in the arts is vital, so we welcome applications from people from all sectors of our community, across all protected characteristics, including people of colour, people who identify as Black, Asian or other ethnic backgrounds, LGBT+ and / or queer, deaf and/or disabled, neurodiverse, individuals living with long-term or mental health issues, or people from low income backgrounds and Welsh language learners. 

We wish to extend a warm welcome to everyone who is interested in contributing to this unique Company as it continues to develop.
