Once a month, live on Instagram, from February 12th onwards Ffion will have a chat with individuals involved with Theatr Bara Caws and the wider theatrical world from the red sofa in the company's rehearsal room.

The writer and actress Mared Llewelyn is the first guest as she, like Ffion, has taken on a new role within the company.

The brand new Artistic Director and Board Chair will be ready for your company and your questions at 8pm next Thursday!

The talks will be held in Welsh.
