Theatr Bara Caws is committed to protecting your privacy ensuring that the personal information you provide to us is kept safe, complying with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What kind of information do we collect?
To enable us to provide a service to you and respond to your queries we will collect personal data from you. This personal data may include information such as your name, email address, phone number, address.

We mostly process data as you use our services.

Photographing and Filming
We seek permission from a parent / carer before we photograph or film a child participating or attending our activities and explain how we will use the photo or footage.

Cookies and Collecting Statistics about the Use of our Websites
Most of the cookies we use are necessary for our websites to work correctly.
We also use the Google Analytics service to provide us with statistics about how our website is used by visitors. This is achieved by setting cookies. Please note that we are asking for your permission to install cookies as you visit our website for the first time, and without your permission, Google Analytics cookies will not be installed.

Our Email List:
We use the MailChimp service to administer our email list sending emails to our subscribers about news and events. We will not send you these kinds of emails unless you have opted in to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link to do so which appears at the bottom of every email sent via MailChimp or by contacting us.

Key rights according to GDPR
GDPR gives you the right to request access to the personal information we hold on you, we will comply with these requests within a month (unless circumstances prevent us from doing e.g. there is a legal reason not to do so).

Update and Delete your Personal Data:
You should ask us to correct or update any personal information we have about you e.e. if you change your name or address or phone number.


You can ask us to delete any information we hold about you at any time. We will do this in accordance with the applicable laws of England and Wales and EU laws and regulations, GDPR.


We will only retain information about the period required in relation to the services you have enquired about, or agreed to provide, or to meet legal requirements.
